Please note, if you answered NO to one or more of the following questions, please reach out to meetingsupport@coo.org immediately to avoid delays in joining the November 16-17, 2021, Special Chiefs Assembly.

1. I have registered for the meeting and sent in my proxy letter, if applicable

2. I have read the Chiefs Meeting FAQ web page

3. I have installed Zoom, and my audio, microphone and camera are working

4. I have reviewed the Rules of Procedure

5. I have my meeting materials

6. I have the current version of the Draft Agenda

7. I’m ready to vote on motions and resolutions
