The 15th Annual Chiefs of Ontario Health Forum will be held on February 23-25, 2021

Registration is now open for the Chiefs of Ontario Health Forum. Please see link below to register for the 2021 Health Forum. Please note, all participants and groups are encouraged to pre-register.

This year the Chiefs of Ontario will be using the Whova App (on desktops and mobile devices) to host this forum. Once the Health Forum is published on the Whova App, you will automatically see the event on the My Event list once you sign into Whova App. 

An important reminder: You must use the same email you have used in your registration when registering on Whova App (desktop or mobile app). This will ensure that you can see the Health Forum on your My Event List within Whova App.
