The Chiefs of Ontario will be hosting five (5) Ontario Caucus Sessions during the AFN Special Chiefs Assembly on December 2-4, 2025, at the Westin Hotel Ottawa, Governor General Room #1, which is located on Algonquin Territory, the unceded, unsurrendered Anishinabe territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe peoples.

• December 2 Morning Session: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. EST (Breakfast included)

• December 2 & 3 Lunch Sessions: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST (Lunch included)

• December 3 & 4 Morning Sessions: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. ET (Breakfast included)

Caucus Room Location: Governor General, Meeting Room 1, The Westin, Ottawa, Ontario.
